S&W was the most friendly, helpful shopping experience I've ever had. I was brand new to snowboarding when I first went in, and they bent over backwards to make sure I got the right set up for the right price. It was significantly cheeper than anyone on the internet was offering (I checked)! They had a good choice, even for me at 6'5 with big stupid feet. Anytime I need new gear, I go there. You should too.
When purchasing my Never Summer Proto, I found that S*W offered excellent service and were able to ensure that I could get the snowboard length I specifically wanted. Other websites had limited options, so this was a huge plus point. I pre-ordered the Proto well in advance of the winter and was kept updated about the order progress (whenever I e-mailed to ask) by the helpful team. There were no issues with delivery, packaged nicely and protected well. I would not hesitate to use S*W again.
Oh, and free stickers. Everyone loves a free sticker.
If your into Splitboarding these guys have got it dialed. They are the best shop in the UK for all your splitting needs as there are out there touring the backcountry on a regular base's in the winter months. With over 15 years of snowboarding knowlage, the staff at the shop can kit you out with the best brands of splitkit in the industry and advise you on splitting your own boards too. This winter was the 1st Upbattle splitbording event held in the Highlands of Scotland and The Sick and Wrong crew where quick to get onboard with giving us demo kit and prize's for the event. I will always be pointing fellow spliters to these guys 1st as they have the best Knowlage in this side of snowboarding.

Great products and impartial advice. Very pleased with my Yes Dudes -great board - thanks guys
The last product sold to me by Steve at the Sick and the Wrong was a Voile split kit and skins. Steve is probably one of the most knowledgeable, friendliest and soundest rider/outlet owners you could get a chat with about the right products for what you are trying to achieve. He was super helpful giving me extra info on places to find videos and further reading on the subject of slicing your board in two! Whilst picking up the kit he also went over some boards his Pa had DIY'd and explained little technicalities to look out for. Quite simply it is the place to go for all your split kit.
