Goods are normally dispatched next working day (working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays). If we are unable to send out your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
We use 1st Class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery, and a courier. Please note : All our services require a signature on receipt. Normally, delivery is 1-3 working days, but may take longer at peak times, as we are totally dependant on the Post Office and couriers. This means that you if you order on Monday you would normally receive it by Wednesday (Friday at the latest). If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
Most of our goods are posted free in the UK (Mainland) and charged for foreign orders. Most sale items have a postage charge. For UK orders from Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man Etc we reserve the right to ask for a contribution towards postage if postage to these areas is excessive. If you are ordering multiple items (particularly from abroad) the postage displayed is an estimate and usually a huge overcharge. This would be refunded. For exact postage charges please get in touch via email (email@example.com) with your address and order list.
Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our couriers. As a guide if you haven't received your order within 3-4 days then please contact us.
If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, please contact us via the contact page, email us or call 017687 80297 as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, you may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product (excluding the cost of delivery and packing) if you contact us within 7 working days. In this case, products returned must still be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a refund of the price of the product. Any delivery and packing charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment. You should call us for a return number before returning any item to enable us to process your return as quickly as possible. when you do return the product, always include daytime contact details.
